Care home Physiotherapy brings highly experienced physiotherapists and their services directly to residents, helping them improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance their overall quality of life.

A home physiotherapist provides physiotherapy services directly in at patient’s home, care home, helping with mobility, pain management, recovery from illnesses as well maintaining independence. This personalised input is ideal for  those with limited mobility or long-term conditions.

Following detailed assessment, the Physiotherapist will make recomendations on the frequency of sessions needed. This is then agreed with the resident and family and may range from daily visits to weekly or bi-weekly sessions.

 Our team specialises in rehabilitation of multiple conditions including reduced mobility, generalised slowing down, post surgical, long term conditions like stroke, parkinsons disease, falls and fractures. Please note that this list is not exhuastive.
